Refund Policy

1. B2B SaaS Products (CounterMint™, BotAnswer.ai)

All subscription fees, API usage charges, and license payments are non-refundable. By initiating a subscription, the client acknowledges that they are purchasing immediate access to server resources, infrastructure, and proprietary intelligence systems. There are no prorated refunds for partial-month usage or early cancellations.

2. Technical Advisory & Consulting

To ensure alignment, Roots No Limits LLC provides an initial 30-minute scoping consultation at zero cost. Once a formal statement of work (SOW) is agreed upon and payment or retainer is captured, those funds are non-refundable. This policy accounts for the immediate allocation of engineering hours and resource lock-in.

3. Authorized Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued under the following strict conditions:

• Billing Error: Demonstrable double-charges or unauthorized recurring charges resulting from an error in our payment processing system (Stripe).
• Fraudulent Transactions: Unauthorized use of a payment method, subject to investigation and verification by our payment gateway.

4. Dispute Resolution

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting corporate administration will result in the immediate termination of all associated APIs, platform access, and technical support. Direct billing inquiries to: billing@rootsnolimits.com.
