Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the software platforms, APIs, or consulting services provided by Roots No Limits LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Services are intended strictly for commercial and B2B use.

2. Intellectual Property & Sovereign Control

Roots No Limits LLC retains all intellectual property rights to CounterMint™, BotAnswer.ai, proprietary algorithms, and underlying infrastructure code. The Client retains full ownership of all distinct data, API inputs, and customer information routed through our systems. We do not claim ownership over client-provided data.

3. API & Infrastructure Usage

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access our systems via designated interfaces. Roots No Limits LLC reserves the right to rate-limit, throttle, or terminate API access if usage violates security boundaries, attempts to reverse-engineer our state machines, or executes malicious payloads.

4. Limitation of Liability

All software and infrastructure are provided "as is" and "as available." Roots No Limits LLC explicitly disclaims warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, server latency, or lost profits stemming from the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms, as well as any disputes arising from contractual software engagements, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
