1. Data Collection Architecture

Roots No Limits LLC operates as a B2B infrastructure provider. We collect minimal corporate data necessary to execute state-machine functions, route API calls, and maintain cloud billing. This includes corporate contact details, authentication keys, and transaction logs generated through normal usage of CounterMint™ or BotAnswer.ai.

2. Zero Data Brokering

We enforce strict data isolation boundaries. Roots No Limits LLC does not sell, rent, or lease client data, end-user inputs, or AI conversational logs to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.

3. Sub-Processors & Infrastructure

To maintain high availability and process payments, encrypted operational data may traverse verified sub-processors (e.g., Stripe for billing, Google Cloud Platform / Cloudflare for routing and compute). All external routing relies on standard SSL/TLS encryption protocols.

4. AI Model Grounding & Training

Data passed into our AI integration layers (BotAnswer.ai or custom enterprise nodes) is used strictly for generating localized, context-grounded outputs for the requesting client. We do not use client API data to train generalized global models.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Clients may request the purge of their administrative records and API logs via privacy@rootsnolimits.com. Upon verified request, data is wiped from primary storage environments, barring temporary retention in immutable disaster-recovery backups for up to 90 days.
