What we collect, why, where it is stored, and how to have it removed. This policy covers rootsnolimits.com. CounterMint™ and BotAnswer operate under distinct end-user terms and data boundaries specific to their vertical domains.

1. What we collect

The fields you submit on the contact form: name, work email, company, stated need, and the constraint description. Server-side request logs, which contain IP address, user agent, and requested path. Nothing else is written.

2. Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry and to keep the administrative record a Wyoming company is required to keep. Request logs exist to diagnose faults. We do not build profiles, we do not enrich submitted data against third-party sources, and we do not sell anything.

3. Where it is stored

Contact submissions and administrative records are held in the United States. Product data for CounterMint™ and BotAnswer is held per that product’s own residency commitments, which are stated in its end-user terms and are not governed by this policy.

4. Who it is shared with

Our hosting and email providers, as processors, and nobody else. We disclose to a public authority only where legally compelled, and we will tell you unless the order forbids it.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Administrative records are retained for the period required by Wyoming corporate and tax law. API logs are retained for 90 days and then purged. You may request purge of administrative records and API logs relating to you at any time.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If a session cookie is required for a form submission it is first-party, strictly necessary, and expires with the session.

7. Changes to this policy

Material changes are dated at the top of this page. We do not apply a material change retroactively to data already collected under an earlier version.
