Refund Policy

How refunds work for consulting engagements and for product subscriptions. The two are different, so they are stated separately.

1. Consulting engagements

The 30-minute discovery call is complimentary and carries no obligation. Milestone work is invoiced on acceptance of the milestone; an unaccepted milestone is not invoiced. Hourly work is invoiced monthly in arrears.

2. Product subscriptions

BotAnswer offers free workspace setup and paid subscriptions through botanswer.ai. Refund and cancellation terms are published with the product at app.botanswer.ai/refund-cancellation. CounterMint™’s founding-dealer preview is planned for September 14; its paid launch will follow. Consult each product’s current terms before subscribing.

3. Billing statements

Purchases and subscriptions for Roots No Limits LLC products, including CounterMint™ and BotAnswer.ai, may appear on customer statements as "ROOTS NO LIMITS LLC" or an abbreviated version of this name.

4. Disputes

Raise a billing question through the administrative channel first. A formal dispute is a legal notice and follows Terms §6.
