Terms of Service

The terms under which this site and our engagements operate. Product terms are separate: CounterMint™ and BotAnswer each carry their own end-user agreement.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of rootsnolimits.com and any consulting engagement entered into through it. They do not govern use of CounterMint™ or BotAnswer, each of which carries its own end-user agreement.

2. Engagements and deliverables

Each engagement is defined by a written scope agreed before work begins. Architecture decision records and root-cause findings produced during an engagement are yours to keep, including if the engagement ends early. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of a particular result.

3. Intellectual property

You own the deliverables produced for you under an engagement scope. We retain ownership of pre-existing tooling, patterns and internal libraries used to produce them, and of everything on this site. Product code and design remain the property of Roots No Limits LLC.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

6. Contact & Legal Notices

Formal legal notices, terms enquiries, and compliance correspondence must be sent in writing to the address below. Notices sent to any other channel are not deemed served.
